Today I did an additional Tudor Gown series, another hairdo, the set both with and without my rennaissance collar and added my gold hairnet to complete this set..

This series includes a ton of portrait photos and sitting poses beside the standing poses...

Odd Story:

I remember thinking that it was funny that Jane Seymour had the same name as my mothers family (Seymour), but thought it a coincidence...

But today my mother came over with a book she hadenherited from her fathers sister, called 'The Seymour Family' about Jane Seymours life and family line..
It appears that I am related to her through her brother, Edward Seymour (Duke of Somerset + the Protector)!

(My mother spent years studying geneology, and tracked our family both to Robert The Bruce, and a norwegian viking chief in the 800 years..)

Edward Seymour's nephew twice removed or something (Richard Seymour) emigrated to the US in the year 1635, and my mothers family still lives there..

To think that I would buy, without knowing, a replica of her dress in the year 2009, is nothing less than a fantastic tale..

Its a small world after all!
